Just a reminder that we need your help with the Turkey Dinner, which is this coming week on Thursday, February 8.
The Lenten dinners will begin on Sunday, February 25th and run for 5 weeks ending on March 25th. Each dinner will begin at 5:00; main dish, rolls, and beverages will be provided. Please bring a dish for the table.
The Adult Christmas Party is next Saturday, December 16th, at 5:00 pm, at Belinda and Doug Resler’s home (1300 Beaver Road). Bring a goodie for the buffet. Also, bring a white elephant gift for the crazy exchange. Sign up in sanctuary.

Our Saturday, September 9, 6 pm movie is Lorenzo's Oil, a 1992 American drama filmed primarily in Pittsburgh.
Leap of Faith will be performing a free concert at Harrisville UMC (Jeff Canter's church) on September 10th, 2017, at 6:00 pm. This is part of the church's Music on Main concert series. A reception will be held immediately following the concert.
There will be only one combined service this coming Sunday (August 27) at 10 am. A fellowship luncheon will be held afterward; please bring a dish to share.
Pat Leiphart's Celebration Of Life Service will be held on Saturday, August 26, at 10:30 am, followed by a luncheon in the Simpson Room.
On Thursday, September 21st, from 4-8 pm, the “friend-raising” event will be held beginning at Calvary UMC on the Northside and concluding at BBF just a very short walk from Calvary.
Fern Hollow Nature Center is holding their annual Summer Celebration Sunday, June 25th, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. Leap of Faith will be the featured musical entertainment, performing from 2:30 to 3:30 and 4:00 to 5:00.
Join us this Saturday, June 24th at 6:00 pm, for our annual Pride Celebration—a contemporary worship service featuring Leap of Faith and guest speaker Jeff Miller. A reception will follow at 7:00.
Our next monthly Salad Luncheon is this Thursday, June 1, from 11 am to 1 pm.
Leap of Faith will be playing at the Relay for Life on June 3rd, 7 pm (after the survivor’s walk). The event will be at the YMCA field. Bring a lawn chair, and listen to the cool sounds of your worship band while supporting the Relay for Life effort.
All women, young ladies, and girls are invited to Pastor Russel’s annual “Celebration of Women” Banquet on Friday, May 12 at 6 pm, in the Simpson Room.
