Dear friend, you are faithful in what you are doing for the brothers and sisters, even though they are strangers to you. They have told the church about your love. Please send them on their way in a manner that honors God. It was for the sake of the Name that they went out, receiving no help from the pagans. We ought therefore to show hospitality to such people so that we may work together for the truth. 3 John 5-8

Welcome to the Sewickley United Methodist Church! We look forward to greeting you in person.

Whether you are new to the area or looking for a church home, we invite you to join us for worship. We offer two Sunday morning worship services:

Our adult Growth Groups, meeting between the services at 10:00 am, provide opportunities for you to connect with others, build relationships, and deepen your understanding of the Bible.

Got Kids?

We offer qualified childcare from 9:00 am to noon for infants through age 3.

Supervised Children’s Church is available during both services for ages 4-12.

Communion

Holy Communion is shared the first Sunday of every month. You do not have to be a member of the church to receive the elements of bread and wine (which is really just grape juice). We also serve gluten-free bread.

Parking

Street parking is available on Broad and Thorn streets. No need to feed the meter—it’s free on Sundays.

Handicap parking spaces and an accessible ramp can be found in our parking lot, accessed from Thorn Street.

Enter here

There are 13 doors at the church, each one numbered for your convenience. Not every door is unlocked on Sundays; we invite you to enter through:

  • Door #6, accessible up ramp from parking lot

  • Door #2, the main, front door located on Broad Street

  • Door #11, the large side doors located on Thorn Street
