Jack Morrow peacefully passed away last night and is now in heaven reunited with Tanny. He was a member of SUMC for 60 years and leaves behind a great legacy. He was part of The Greatest Generation and served in the Marine Corps during WWII. His family plans to have a memorial service for him in the spring.

Throughout January, we will continue to assemble snack packs for children who participate in learning programs at The Bridge/Hub in Northview Heights and blessing bags for the homeless who are served by the Daily Bread ministry on Pittsburgh’s North Side.
Human Relations Day is a denomination-wide Special Sunday designed to celebrate and raise awareness to further the development of better human relations by involving congregations in community and youth outreach.

The funeral service for Lyric Keys and Jack Wylde Lightner is planned for Wednesday, December 21, at 11 am, followed by a luncheon in the Simpson Room.
