The Women United in Faith will have a RUMMAGE SALE FOR MISSIONS Friday, November 4, 3 to 7 pm, and Saturday, November 5, 9 am to 1 pm.

Fellowship of the Cross will be selling Christmas ornaments, nativity sets, jewelry, and stocking stuffers from a tree in the rear of the sanctuary. We will be there before, between, and after worship services. 100% of the proceeds from our sale are returned to Ornaments 4 Orphans.

This model looks at the current structure of the administrative life of the church and considers ways it can be simplified for maximum efficiency. When we talk about the administrative life of the church, we are referring to the Administrative Board, Finance Committee, Trustees, and Staff Pastor Parish Relations Committee. The SAS joins together all four committees creating a one-board model.
If the Pumpkin Patch schedule is filled through next Sunday by noon tomorrow, Monday, October 17, Diane Bartley will take a pie to the face, and it will be recorded for all to see! Pastor Hannah added that if all shifts for the following week are filled by noon on Tuesday, October 18, she will join Diane and also take a pie to the face.

A generous couple in the Pittsburgh District have made a challenge grant to TNC: They will match every dollar we raise up to $25,000, which means we can receive $50,000 if we “meet the match.”
Orders will be taken October 10 thru 28 for Pepperoni and/or Cheese only rolls from Sunseri, beloved Pittsburgh establishment in The Strip. Pickup will be Nov. 10 in the church basement. $10 per roll.
The United Women in Faith will hold its October luncheon meeting after the traditional service on Sunday, October 16, in the Simpson Room.
