Thank you for the outpouring of donations of coats and hats, mittens, gloves, and scarves, which will be distributed on December 4th
Outreach is coordinating with The Bradley Center to provide gifts for 15 residents. The Bradley Center is a residential mental health treatment facility located in Robinson Township, which treats children ages 6 to 21.
Looking ahead, the Outreach Committee will provide Angel Tree wish tags for children and teens who are in residential mental health treatment at the Bradley Center, located in Robinson Township.
Annually, there are over 2,000 students, including a number from WPA, who receive millions of dollars in financial assistance through the UMC Office of Scholarships and Loans!
To help patrons of the food pantry prepare Thanksgiving dinner, Outreach is asking that you fill a grocery bag with the non-perishable items that are traditionally used at Thanksgiving.
If you would like to support youth missions through this special offering, mark your gift accordingly or select on EasyTithe.
SUMC and Church Union are coordinating to collect NEW winter coats, jackets, hats, scarves, mittens, and gloves for needy children (toddlers through teens) in the Pittsburgh area.
October’s suggested items are cans of stew, chili, or hearty soup.
The special offering on October 17th is designated for work within WPAUMC, including “VIMships” to those in need of funding for their mission work.
TNC is celebrating its 15th anniversary with a celebration event on Sunday, November 14 at 6 pm, at Dutilh UMC in Cranberry Township. Tickets are on sale now!
Have you brought in your offering of new or gently used books for Church Union, a WPA UMC agency working with public schools in the City of Pittsburgh and in Beaver County? It’s not too late.
You may give to UMCOR by including your additional gift with your regular offering or via EasyTithe, indicating UMCOR.

United Methodist Missionaries are #stillinmission and Global Ministries is hosting a series of virtual events exploring the transforming work of United Methodist missionaries serving around the world.
UMCOR has issued grants for early response needs to Annual Conferences which experienced severe weather losses. As early assessments are done and long-term plans are formulated, further grants will be issued, and volunteer teams will be formed.
