There are four distinct times in scripture that the religious leaders were afraid of the crowds and therefore did not, in that moment, pursue their attempt to halt the ministry of Jesus. Crowds can be a dangerous and deadly thing, or they can be a powerful and transformative thing. The difference is, what purpose are they united in? When united under the law of love of Jesus Christ, we can make a difference. Because this law of love has proven to be an unstoppable force that not even death can silence.
