We will meet at St. Paul's Lutheran Church at 11:15 am and begin the Crosswalk throughout our community at 11:30 am. The Cross will come to rest at Sewickley United Methodist Church where we will host a service focused on Jesus’s time on the cross.
At Noon and 7 pm, we will celebrate Holy Communion in small groups. Register in advance for the time that is most convenient for you.

Western Pennsylvania Reconciling Ministries Network (WPA RMN) has been working on finalizing a spring event!

The Luncheon Committee is offering monthly takeout meals. Each meal is $10 and proceeds benefit the church’s General Fund. Orders are due by March 21.
Rural King is supporting Christian ministry by donating a portion of sales to registered Christian churches and organizations during their Church Week Promotion.

With Easter just around the corner, I hope it’s not too early for you to think about pumpkins. Yes, I did say pumpkins. This will be our 20th year selling pumpkins, and we’d like to celebrate this milestone with a “Pumpkin Festival.”
The Sewickley United Methodist Church would like to recognize the Class of 2021. This has been a very tough year for all our students not knowing if they are in class or online. God is so GOOD that educators are finding ways to teach and reach out to our young people. Best wishes to the Class of 2021.
The Education Committee is seeking three essential components for our 2021 Easter Egg hunt: children, plastic eggs, and candy, or any small treats or gifts that might remind our youngest church family members that they are loved and included in the glory of Easter.
While regularly a source for those with food insecurities, GPCFB has been serving greater numbers during the COVID-19 pandemic. SUMC has sent financial contributions to GPCFB to aid in that service.
