SUMC will observe Disability Awareness Sunday on August 18th.
August 18th at 4:00 pm, we will have a joint outdoor service with the churches of Sewickley Presbyterian, St. Matthews AME Zion, St Paul’s Lutheran, and SUMC followed by a picnic.
Please remember that there will only be ONE SERVICE this Sunday at 10:30 am. It will be a joint service with our family at St. Matthew’s AME Zion Church. Our Church Family Picnic will follow after the service at War Memorial Park, Shelter #1.
During both worship services on June 2nd, we will give glory to God for the beautiful, diverse ways in which God has created us.
We’re looking for a few volunteers (and their pets) to participate in a future social post!
On Sunday, May 26, we will observe Memorial Day, a time in which we remember fallen heroes who faithfully served our country.
Our pets are a blessing to us, so let us gather together and bless them! Join us on May 19, at 9:00 am or at 11:00 am. All pets are invited to come.
Join Leap of Faith for an evening of praise, worship, and fellowship. We will rock this house of worship for Jesus on April 20th at 7:00 pm.

After 15 years serving as the worship band at Sewickley United Methodist Church, Leap of Faith is preparing to release their first album, The River Rises. The band is performing a concert of their original songs and Contemporary Christian favorites on Saturday, April 20th at 7:00 pm.
The seasonal choir is assembling for Easter Sunday!
To sponsor flowers to adorn the chancel on Easter, you may order online or complete a paper form available in the back of the sanctuary or outside of the office.
We will be having an A/V booth training Sunday, February 17, at noon.
We will be joining St. Matthew’s AME Zion, St. Paul’s Lutheran, and Sewickley Presbyterian churches for our Sunday evening Lenten services.
We will begin our first gathering of our Lenten journey at the Sewickley Presbyterian Church on February 14th at 7:00 pm with our community Ash Wednesday Service.
We have many ministries with a variety of ways you can serve.
