News from the Patton Library
The Library Committee is looking for incoming 3rd graders! As part of our commitment to nurturing young faith, each child entering 3rd grade this fall receives their very own Bible to read, learn from, and grow with on their spiritual journey. We want to make sure no child is missed! If you have a rising 3rd grader, please call or text Sandra Lane at (412) 841–7169 to have them added to the list. Thank you! So far, we have the following 3rd graders on our list: Emily Burgh, Remy Choe.
The Library Committee is continuing to curate book selections for our ever growing Patton Library. Newly added items include When Our Grown Kids Disappoint Us by Jane Adams, The Spirituality of Grief by Fran Shelton, Asperger’s Children by Edith Shaffer, and The Things We Cannot Say by Kelly Rimmer.
