Families are invited and encouraged to bring baskets or bags to the Easter egg hunt between worship services on Easter Sunday (March 31). All children—family, friends, neighbors, classmates, visitors—are invited. The hunt will begin shortly after the 9:00 am service concludes and will finish in time for children to attend the 11:00 am service. We will gather in the Simpson Room, near the windows. Weather permitting, pre-schoolers will search for eggs on the playground, and children will search for eggs on the church lawn. Members of the education team will be chaperoning both hunts. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will hold the egg hunts in the church basement and Sunday school rooms. Following the hunt, children will return to the Simpson Room to explore their treasure or engage in small crafts.
