Hello Congregation,

I wanted to give you an update from your leadership board.

We have had our second meeting and are working on measuring progress towards our God-sized goals:

  1. Connect with LGBTQ in the Quaker Valley Community

  2. Connect with other cultures (Hispanic focus)

  3. Improve and expand music ministry (into the community)

  4. Expand youth ministry. Goal is 25 additional children in Children’s Church and Sunday School

  5. Increase congregational giving by 20%

  6. Increase weekly attendance by 100

Do these seem possible to you? We did say they were God-sized.

We have also completed an employee handbook.
