Dear Church Family,
Michael, Rebecca, and I want to thank you all for ALL of the many things that you did for us during this extremely difficult time. I hope I can remember all of the things that each of you did to make Barry’s transition easier on us: innumerable beautiful sentiments on cards, financial help, grocery store gift cards, bringing loads of firewood so we could stay warm, wonderful presentations of all kinds of food when we were too stressed to cook, planning or cooking to create an entire luncheon after Barry’s service, a promise of help to build my stone wall, gorgeous flowers, plants and wind chimes, performing a beautiful piece of music at the service, singing and ringing bells, speaking at the service, incredible and ongoing accounting help, planning and providing for “Coffee Break with Barry” at Fern Hollow Nature Center, and offers to help in all kinds of ways yet to come.
