October was a huge month for SUMC! Our annual operating budget, on the receipt side, includes 4 fundraisers: Pumpkin Patch, Haunted House, Seasonal Dinner, & Cookie Walk. 3 of the 4 were held in October. Our receipts also include congregational giving, facility use, and trusts and estates. In a year when the utility and facility repair costs have been extraordinarily high and have far exceeded the budget, we are very glad that the Pumpkin Patch and Haunted House were especially good fundraisers this year (look for actual figures next week).
