Wow! On behalf of myself and Diane, we’d like to thank all that helped to make this year’s pumpkin patch the best ever. Total sales were $32,596.26 with a profit to the church of $13,038.50. This is the first year we completely sold out of pumpkins, which occurred on Saturday, October 30, at around 4 pm. I guess we could have used that second load they offered us!
Folks, this project must go on. The community loves it, the church loves it, but we can’t do it without your help. Please come to a meeting on Sunday, November 21, at noon to discuss next year’s Pumpkin Patch. Diane and I are not going away completely, but we need newer ideas, younger blood, and you! There is always room for improvement.
