John and Edie Erkert encourage members of the congregation to join them SUNDAY EVENING at 6:30pm to view the movie “Just Mercy.” The film is based on the book by Dr. Bryan Stevenson, one of the most influential civil rights attorneys of our time. He has spent the majority of his career fighting for wrongly convicted criminals sentenced to death row. “Just Mercy” is one of the most important films of the year. Please join us at 5:30 pm at Crazy Mocha for some discussion and then we’ll head over to the theater. If you are unable to join us then, please meet us at the theater by the 6:30 pm start time. The movie will be showing at The Tull Family Theater through at least January 30. The film is rated PG-13 and stars Jamie Foxx, Michael B. Jordon, and Brie Larson.
