SUMC Announcements

The delivery dates for the pumpkins are Saturday, October 2nd at 9:00 AM and Saturday, October 16th at 11:30AM. If you are able to help out either or both of these dates, please sign the volunteer sheets located in the back of the church.

We are requesting that everyone show up a 1/2hour early for both delivery dates:
Saturday, October 2nd at 8:30AM
Saturday, October 16th at 11:00AM
Please meet in the Simpson Room; we will be serving breakfast on the 2nd and lunch on the 16th!

Also located in the back of the church is a sign up chart for the specific shifts available to work the pumpkin patch. Please take the time to sign up when you are able to volunteer!!

The response to the “Prayer Blankets” has been wonderful! A special thank you to Linda Flaherty for keeping the supply refreshed during the summer months. We are presently sewing a few more blankets and are in need of volunteers. If you own a sewing machine and are able to sew a straight line, the prayer blanket committee could use you!
