SUMC Announcements

The United Methodist Women will meet on Sunday, January 17 in the Simpson Room after the 10:45 a.m. worship service. We will have a light lunch followed by a business meeting and the Pledge Service.

Thanks to donations received since the November meeting, we were able to pay all of the 2009 budget items in the Western PA conference agency category as well as the Community Needs category and still have $275 remaining. At our December meeting, we voted to send additional monies to the Ruth M. Smith Center and Bethany House. Our total budget for 2010 is $4,405.

Our congratulations to Pat Leiphart who was elected Coordinator for Spiritual Growth for the Western PA conference UMW.
