“The Yada Yada Prayer Group” series is available in the church library. The author, Neta Jackson, writes these stories with such realism that you feel like you’re sitting in on their discussions and their various life situations. They do some wild and crazy things like Polar Bear swimming on the first day of January in Lake Michigan. The book is written as a fiction story but the life experiences are easily related to our everyday living. Of course as I read this book sitting on the beach in 85 degree temperatures, the snow and cold winter of Chicago seemed to just melt away. This book is an easy read and very enjoyable.
