Looking for a job? Ingomar UMC in Franklin Park hosts the Seekers job-search group on the second Tuesday of each month. The meetings are for networking and giving mutual support. Lenten Fines for Heifer International will be collected on April 19th and 26th. Any other donations are also welcome. Heifer International provides animals to impoverished families so they can have milk, eggs, meat, wool, and more. Excess beyond what the family needs can be sold and they must pass on at least one female offspring to a neighbor, who will then do the same, with the goal that the entire community will become self-sustaining.
