SUMC Health and Wellness Ministry presents:
Meditation for a Peaceful Holiday Season”
with Lisa McCormack
Monday, December 7, 2009, 7:00-8:30pm
This meditation journey will be more in-depth than our previous workshop – come and experience the peace.
Lisa will be focusing on developing a group meditation in which all members are invited to go into a very relaxed state.
The visualization will focus on themes of clearing negativity, stress and opening to greater relaxation, peace, and love through the holiday season. Letting go of perfection and unrealistic expectations, as well as opening to the true joys, connections and blessings of the season will be explored.
